●LV series track roller can be widely used in the cylindrical rail or " V " profile rail with an angle of 120 degrees. It is different with the LFR5 series track roller, LV series track roller are more adaptable to the different size rails . Each type can be applied with a wide range of rails diameter. They are widely used with the heavy-duty rails, mobile equipment, straightening machine and so on.
●The roller take the internal structure design of double row angular contact ball bearings and have a thick-walled outer ring, so the roller can accommodate higher loads.
●The roller is made of the high-quality bearing steel, processed by heat treatment and precision grinding, and are filled with a long life, high-grade and multi-purposes grease. The roller take the metal shield to prevent the dust. ANDING bearing also can provide the concentric or eccentric bolt with roller.
●The roller have an undercut on its bottom of groove on the outer ring. If the application disallow this undercut, ANDING bearing also can supply the roller without undercut. ANDING bearing also can produce the roller with various angle of " V " profile according the customers’ requirement.
