● LFR5 series track rollers are the most widely-use and economy product as the linear motion track rollers, and they can suit with the cylindrical rails.
● There are two contact points between the roller and rail, so contact function is favorable.the friction resistance is low and the load is in equality .
●The track rollers feature double row angular contact ball bearing in its internal structure design and a thick-walled outer ring, so rollers can accommodate higher loads.
●The track rollers are made of high-quality bearing steel(100Cr6), processed by heat treatment and precision grinding, and are filled with a long life, high-grade and multi-purposes grease. The track rollers fix the metal shield (Suffix:KDD) or rubble seal (Suffix:NPP) to prevent the dust. ANDING also can provide matched concentric or eccentric bolt. Some track rollers can be made in stainless steel.
